First Draw PPP Loan Applicants: Welcome to Arkansas Capital!
Please send an email to email@example.com with your name, phone number and the name of the business, self-employed individual, or individual contractor that will be applying for the PPP loan. We will get you registered into our system. You will get an email confirmation and more information.
Current PPP Loan Holders Applying for a Second Draw PPP Loan: Thank you for letting Arkansas Capital serve you!
Arkansas Capital has made the decision that we can better serve our second-draw borrowers without the assistance of an online portal. If you’ve already submitted your loan application and other documents into the portal, you either have or will receive an email the week of January 25 from the Arkansas Capital staff member assigned to the first review of your application regarding the next steps for getting your application processed. If you haven’t received this email by close of business January 29, please follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you haven’t yet submitted information to the portal – that is OK – please submit your application to email@example.com.
All Round 3 applicants can get started now by completing the application form and collecting the supporting documentation required for processing your loan.
You will see links to two application forms. Form 2483 (updated by the SBA February 17) is for first-draw applicants. Form 2483-SD (updated by the SBA February 17) is for second-draw applicants.
Second-draw applicants, for the checklist, we are again requiring supporting documentation and identifying documentation for this application, even though you submitted it for your first PPP loan. Under normal circumstances, we would aim for higher customer service and check our existing files, but this will create safety issues for our team members who are working remotely while in quarantine. We truly appreciate you bearing with us as you submit these again.
The last required step for all Round 3 applicants is to complete a CDFI survey. Arkansas Capital is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. All lenders who have this CDFI designation are required to collect demographic data for all Round 3 applicants (even though second-draw applications completed this survey for their first loan).
If you are a first-draw applicant, please wait until you have received confirmation from Arkansas Capital that we have you registered before you complete this survey. If you are a second-draw applicant, you may fill this out now. Here’s the link:
