Our Impact

Investing in Growth. Financing Change. Building Communities.

At ACC, our impact is more than a number — It’s measured progress across jobs created, businesses financed, and communities transformed. As both a capital provider and community development engine, we deliver financial returns and social outcomes. Explore how our lending, investment, and education initiatives have shaped businesses and neighborhoods across the nation.

Economic and Community Impact

ACC Capital isn’t just a lender – we’re driving for economic and community impact.

New Market Tax Credit Projects

Since 2003, HRF has received $510 million in allocation. These NMTC credits have been invested into over 50 projects in communities throughout our service area. HRF provides flexible, below-market rate financing to projects focusing on creating quality jobs and catalytic economic growth. HRF provides financing to projects with demonstrable community impacts and structures each investment to provide maximum benefit to the project.

Business Expansions

Flexible, creative financing combining both USDA lending and New Markets Tax Credits helped this wood pellet manufacturing company rebuild after a major fire destroyed its production facilities. The company was able to preserve jobs for more than 100 employees, and the financing allowed the owners to implement new safety measures to help protect against future disasters.

Big River Steel Phase One

PSRC utilized the EB-5 Program to raise more than $150M of funds, deployed in the “greenfield” construction and follow-on expansion of the Big River Steel recycling and processing facility in Mississippi County, Arkansas. BRS is the world’s first steel producer with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification and flex mill capabilities empowered by artificial intelligence. The catalytic impact of BRS on its surrounding multi-state region has been profound and continues to grow.
