Investment & Project Finance

New Markets Tax Credits & EB-5 Investments

Discover how ACC Capital leverages both the Heartland Renaissance Fund’s NMTC (New Markets Tax Credits) and the EB-5 program via Pine State Regional Center to drive transformational investment.

Our Project Finance Programs

Heartland Renaissance Fund

Through the Heartland Renaissance Fund, we provide below-market financing for projects in low-income areas. These projects must demonstrate multiple impacts - job creation in particular, especially in rural or high-unemployment areas.

Learn More about NMTC

Pine State Regional Center

Pine State Regional Center is a licensed EB-5 Regional Center that allows foreign investors to deploy capital into commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects that create jobs. Investors receive possible U.S. residency while projects help fuel local economic development - especially in rural or high-unemployment areas.

Why Work with ACC Capital

When you partner with us, you get both technical & regulatory expertise (tax credits / EB-5 compliance), proven track record, and the benefit of local relationships in government, banks, developers. These make transactions smoother and risk more manageable.
