What is the Heartland Renaissance Fund?
ACC Capital’s Heartland Renaissance Fund (HRF) subsidiary is a certified Community Development Entity (CDE) and a multi-round recipient of the U.S. Treasury’s New Market Tax Credits (NMTC).
Since 2003, HRF has received $375 million in allocation. These NMTC credits have been invested into over 40 projects in underserved communities throughout our service area. HRF provides flexible, below-market rate financing to projects focusing on creating quality jobs and catalytic economic growth in underserved communities. HRF provides financing to projects with demonstrable community impacts and structures each investment to provide maximum benefit to the project.
