ACC Capital was born from a vision of economic opportunity for all.
In 1957, Winthrop Rockefeller united visionary business leaders from across Arkansas to tackle the pressing issue of poverty in the nation. From this gathering, ACC Capital was born to be an agent of positive economic change. Over 65 years later, we are one of the most established private nonprofit financial corporations in the country.
We were formed to provide a mechanism for financing the state’s transformation from an agricultural economy to an industrial economy.
Since its founding, our company has grown to include commercial financing needed for the information age. Along the way, ACC Capital has made hundreds of loans, representing projects of well over $500 million.
