Arkansas Capital Corporation formed Pine State Regional Center as an Arkansas limited liability company on June 12th, 2013 to sponsor qualified EB-5 projects that promote the expansion of the regional economy by increasing exports, household earning, productivity, and domestic capital – all with a particular emphasis on permanent job creation within Pine State Regional Center’s geographic footprint.
Pine State Regional Center is currently seeking EB-5 Regional Center Approval by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and will operate under the Immigrant Investor Program to encourage foreign investment in Arkansas.
A qualified EB-5 financing will meet all requirements of the immigration code, for attracting foreign investment capital through the USCIS EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Foreign capital raised from EB-5 investor will provide financial support for the establishment of new job-creating enterprises. The minimum qualified investment for an EB-5 investor will be $1,000,000 or $500,000 for an investment in a rural or high unemployment area meeting the USCIS definition of a targeted employment area (TEA).
