Established in 2002, Heartland Renaissance Fund is dedicated to stimulating economic activity in disadvantaged areas in Arkansas. Heartland currently has a $140 million allocation of New Market Tax Credits and is working with private and public sector leaders to use these credits to deploy capital in projects throughout Arkansas.
