The Arkansas Economic Acceleration Foundation was established in 1999 as an education-based, non-profit corporation which endeavors to be the catalyst in the creation of an environment that will attract, develop and retain entrepreneurial opportunities within Arkansas. With broad support from the state's business community, AEAF is the founder of the Donald W. Reynolds Governor's Cup Business Plan Competition.
