About Heartland Renaissance Fund

Heartland Renaissance Fund (HRF), formed in 2002, is a certified community development entity (CDE) dedicated to providing investment capital in economically underserved communities throughout Arkansas. Our primary mission is to stimulate economic development in communities underserved by traditional lending sources. Heartland Renaissance Fund’s investments are focused in the areas of economic development, health care, and education. Heartland Renaissance Fund has received a total of $200 million of New Market Tax Credit allocation since 2004 and is actively working to deploy these credits to benefit projects throughout Arkansas.
