Meet Our TeamThe Arkansas Capital Corporation (ACC) team is a talented and knowledgeable group of individuals who work hard to provide the best service to its clients and partners. Our experienced team is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs in Arkansas through partnerships with the lending community.


Mr. Al Hodge – Executive Vice President

Al Hodge is a 1988 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now known as the University of Louisiana at Lafayette).  Additionally, Al Hodge is a 1998 graduate of The Economic Development Institute of the University of Oklahoma and is certified by the National Development Council (NDC) as an Economic Development Finance Professional.

SBA awarded Al its 1993 Financial Services Advocate of the Year for the State of Louisiana and its 2000 Financial Services Advocate of the Year for the State of Arkansas.

Today Al Hodge is Executive Vice President and heads the lending division of Arkansas Capital Corporation Group where he is a very active SBA 7(a), SBA 504 and USDA B&I Lender.

Mr. John Harrell – Vice President

John Harrell has more than 25 years of commercial banking experience, including positions in lending and management. Prior to joining Arkansas Capital Corporation, John was involved as a Senior Vice President in Commercial Loans for Bank of the Ozarks. Prior to Bank of the Ozarks, John served as President of Priority Bank, where he did business loans as well as overall management.

John has served on various volunteer Boards and Committees. Presently he serves on the Advisory Board of CCOA (Credit Counseling of Arkansas), and is a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Fayetteville, AR. John earned an undergraduate degree from John Brown University and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Mr. Michael Fasulo – Vice President

Michael Fasulo has more than 30-years of corporate lending experience. Prior to joining Arkansas Capital Corporation, Michael worked for a number of different financial institutions, primarily in underwriting, originating and servicing loans to commercial businesses. He is an active member of the University Rotary Club of Jonesboro and a member of the ASU Committee of the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce.
